Hi, my name is Ashley. I am the Director and Pre-K teacher at DCA. I live in Lancaster County with my husband, Kevin, and our four beautiful children! We are a very active family who enjoy traveling every chance we get. I absolutely love the beach, and my husband loves the woods. They say opposites attract! My children are heavily involved in sports, and almost every weeknight and weekend you will find me either at football, soccer, basketball, wrestling, and even track. I am also head of the concession stand for football and wrestling at my children’s school, so I think it’s safe to say that I’m quite busy all the time!

Serving and working with children has always been a huge part of my life. I am the eldest of seven, and taking care of others is just something that comes naturally. Teaching children and watching them develop emotionally, academically, and spiritually is so incredibly rewarding. Each child has their own story, and I feel privileged to be a small part of a chapter. I was a stay-at-home mom for 13 years before I joined the Discovery Corner crew. I prayed for years that God would guide me on the road that I should be on after raising my children. God guided me to this wonderful school, and to say I am blessed is an understatement. I’m passionate about what I do and grateful to be here every day!
